In order to provide students with a technical overview of future professions, the Cearense Steel Group received two visits to its companies on the morning of August 30th. At SINOBRAS Ronaldo Brito (Environmental Technician) and Paulo Almeida (Occupational Safety Technician) accompanied 25 students from Uniasselvi's Occupational Safety and Environmental Management courses and the Environmental Technician at Vale dos Carajás Technical School. At Aço Cearense Industrial Rossana Lopes (HR Analyst) and Nilson Lima (Occupational Safety Engineer) presented the company to 20 students of the Unifametro Business Administration course. “The visit broadened my view not only of safety, but also of environmental management and product quality. I noticed that, besides investing in these issues, SINOBRAS is also concerned with the well-being of its employees, ”said Saulo Pereira, a student at Uniasselvi's Occupational Safety course. Regina Filgueiras, professor of Business Administration at Unifametro, also said: “The students were delighted with the organization, the seriousness of the Ceará Industrial Steel, with the values, it was an extremely rich morning, when they had the possibility to have contact with the reality of what they only see in theory. Thank you very much for the receptivity and hope to have the opportunity to bring other students. Congratulations on the seriousness of the work! ”.
