Orgulho cearense no karatê

The carateca from Ceará state, Jonathan Benvindo, sponsored by Aço Cearense Institute, was once again the highlight of the disputes, reaching first place on the podium. After winning bronze in the South American Karate Championship in the Cadet category (14-15 years, less than 52 kg), in July of this year, the athlete participated in the final stage of the Brazilian Karate Championship, held in Salvador / BA and secured the gold medal in the competition held from October 11 to 15. To become Brazilian champion, Jonathan participated in four fights and won all of them.

Now, the pride of Ceará is only 15 years old and is preparing to play in the final of the Ceará Karate Championship, which will take place on November 18 and 19 in Fortaleza, with great chances of winning the fifth championship. The carateca finishes the competitions of the year on December 2 in Fortaleza, with the Tournament of Champions contest, in which Jonathan won the first place last year.
